You may have guessed that I’m partial to eating clean and getting fit, but what you may not know is that I love traveling, art, and the color Tiffany Blue.
I am a mother of two boys who works a full-time job and still manages to hit the gym 4-5 days a week. Pow! It’s not about finding the time, it’s about making the time. If you have time to go out and eat lunch with your coworkers, you have time to go to the gym. If you have time to eat breakfast at home and watch the morning news, you have time to go to the gym. Guess what, they have TVs there. It’s frustrating as a hell to hear people say they wish they had the time, when it’s really that they are not motivated and don’t really want to do the work. Success takes hard work. Do HARD!
Now, I’m not perfect and I don’t want to sound snarky. I have also had stages in my life when I didn’t go to the gym for a full year or more. Whether it was family, my career, or just plain laziness, I too have had times where I just wasn’t motivated enough to get in there and kick ass. The good news is all you have to do is show up and walk on the treadmill for a start. As you get in the habit of going, you can start making your plan of attack and before you know it you will be feeling like a bad ass in no time. Wait, what? Whose a bad ass? You are and so am I.
All I’m setting out to do on this blog is help myself get to my goal and hopefully inspire a few fine folks to do the same. That’s you.
I don’t know all the answers and I am completely open to new ideas and thoughts.
